As of March 12, 2020 the Vermont Assistive Technology Program is temporarily suspending all equipment loans to protect Vermonters from the COVID-19 virus. The suspending of loans includes our Burlington, Waterbury, Castleton, Rutland, and White River Junction Tryout Centers. We will post an update once we resume our equipment loans.
If you’ve completed a demo or have seen a piece of equipment that you would like to try, consider using our AT Loan service!
Our AT Program will loan equipment in our inventory to you for 30-days, free of charge. It can be shipped directly to you for free!
All of the items that are available to borrow can be found on our AT4ALL (pronounced AT For ALL) inventory website.
If you find that a piece of equipment works well for you, we can provide you with vendor information and help you identify funding resources. We do not sell equipment or provide financial loans. Visit our Get It page for more information.
Speech and Language Pathologists (SLP’s) are able to borrow an iPad with various AAC apps for 30-days to try with clients. If you are an SLP, find more information on our AAC iPad Loans page under Services for Organizations.
