All donations must be referred to the VT AT Program director. This applies to donations by individuals, organizations, schools, and any State of Vermont agency, department, or division.
Email dail.atinfo@vermont.gov or call 800-750-6355 for assistance.
Equipment dropped off without first consulting with the director, regardless of the source, will be disposed of.
The AT Program does not accept donations of DME (Durable Medical Equipment). Examples of DME are walkers, shower chairs, ramps, stair lifts, lift chairs, and similar equipment.
Assistive Technology (AT) may be accepted on a case-by-case basis per the director’s discretion. Examples of AT are Smartpens, magnifiers, adapted phones, styluses, keyboards and other adaptive computer accessories.
